Infos Fotograf Rainer Waelder:
Born in 1984 in Freiburg, I grew up in southern Germany along the Rhine river. Fulfilling a dream in 2003, working as a cowboy on a ranch in Wyoming, I portrayed the life out west and discovered my passion for photography.For over a decade now I have been working as a photographer starting in commercial and advertising photography in 2004.
Receiving several awards and working abroad in 2009/10 with photographer and filmmaker Andrei Jewell (200 Best Ad Photographers Worldwide - Lürzers Achive) in New Zealand, eventually led me to the point where I felt ready to start my own business.
Since 2012 I am a freelance photographer focussing on travel and editorial photography, working mainly throughout Germany, Switzerland and the United States, collaborating with different agencies and publishers.
